1 . Recruitment
Stores and manages candidate data, and if company requires employee with certain position, it can search candidate data from database.
2. Management
Stores and manages employee information such as family, education, work experience, and training. Also manages employee administration including termination, resignation, transfer, promotion, demotion, achievements, warning, and mutation.
3. Performance
Manages key performance indicators process of each employee. Performance Appraisal’s main purpose is to reconcile objectives of the individual with organizational goals in order to facilitate productivity and profitability, in other words, creating more efficient, effective and helpful for employees.
4. Leave Management
Manages leave administration for each employee. Employee able to propose their leave approval by system and also can monitor their leave balance.
5. Time Attendance
Manages time attendance administration for each employee.
6. Claim Management
Manages claim administration for each employee. Employee able to propose their claim
approval by system.
7. Medical Management
Manages medical claim administration for each employee. Employee able to propose their medical claim approval by system.
8. Loan Management
Manages loan administration for each employee. Employee able to propose their loan approval by system.
9. Overtime
Manages overtime administration for each employee.
10. Payroll
Manages payroll administration for each employee. HRD user can setup salary component for each employee or by group of employee.

Creates powerful reports for nearly every aspect of your human resources management including salary form, monthly salary, claim, leave, loan, medical, overtime, graphical reporting and etc.
